Furniture of America, Williams Home Furnishings Merge

Under the agreement, Williams Home Furnishings is now part of the Furniture of America group and will be known as Furniture of America North California. Effective immediately, it is responsible for FOA distribution in Northern California and the Northwest U.S.

“We want to provide our valued partners with the best and largest assortment of quality furniture in the industry, while still maintaining the quality and service standards our customers have come to expect from us,” said David  Chang, president and CEO of Williams Home Furnishings.  

Many of Williams Home Furnishings’ best sellers are already part of Furniture of America’s catalog.

Chang said that by becoming part of Furniture of America, he is able to increase his product offerings and availability. 

“And with the Furniture of America sourcing team in Asia, we become part of a much larger manufacturing and sourcing entity known for quality products and excellent quality control,” he said.

The merger will allow the companies to better serve customers in a number of ways, including with more efficient deliveries with the companies fleet.
