ARTS Awards Honors 26th Annual Winners

Singer Donny Osmond served as emcee of of the event and more than 15 industry notables served as presenters.

This year’s Academy of Achievement Award was presented to Mac Hoak of Mecox. Under the guidance and vision of Hoak, Mecox has energized the home industry with its selection of home and garden furnishings, and dedication to providing the tools necessary to achieving an overall balance between the indoor and outdoor living environment.

Home and Garden Trading Co. of McKinney, Texas, an emerging resource for home furnishings and interior design, received the Rising Star Award, which recognizes innovation and modern excellence demonstrated by a home industry company that has been in business less than three years, selected by a panel of industry peers.
