Cathy Gillespie has been named chief financial officer, and Lorri Kelley has been named executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Gillespie has been with the company for 12 years, most recently as vice president of finance. In her new role, she will oversee all financial and credit departments. In addition, the IT services department reports to Gillespie.

“Cathy’s  knowledge of our business, her professional experience and her dedication to the company have really helped us in the past few years as we have worked hard to strengthen our financial position,” said Cary Benson, president and CEO.

Kelley has been with the company five years, most recently as vice president of sales and service. During her tenure she has worked as vice president for the Western U.S. and Western Canada. In 2012, she was named to vice president of sales and service. In her new role, Kelley is responsible for sales, service and the marketing department.

“In each position, Lorri has displayed a strong passion for helping both Palliser and our retailers build our business together,” Benson said.
