Wall art and home décor supplier Paragon partnered with Whereoware to rebuild its website.
The new site marries a simple interface with a stylish modern design employing new, interactive features.
The look and feel of the website is visual, modern and clean with intuitive navigation, and search and sorting options make it easy to find items by style, subject, product type, or designer. Large product imagery, quick-view, and zoom options magnify product details to appeal to retailers and designers. Look books and design tips help guide and engage browsers, and interactive tools, like store locator, make it easy to find retailer locations and print directions using Google Maps.
The “Discover” fan lounge captures Paragon’s social media presence, linking to its YouTube channel, and news feeds for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Paragon’s customers receive an enhanced shopping experience upon login. Shopping is simplified with a “quick order” feature, interactive e-catalogs, personal PDF portfolios, and downloadable tear sheets. A personalized retailer dashboard tailors content based on the individual retailer user and account.
In the portal, retailers can access order status and history, reorder products, and access any forms necessary.
The website is integrated with marketing automation tool Silverpop to help Paragon collect and respond to retailers’ user preferences and interests. Silverpop web tracking compiles visitor data and sends it back to the company database. This data is actionable and can be funneled directly into automated e-mail campaigns to help Paragon nurture retailer relationships.
