Customatic Names Jillian McCarty Operations Director

In the newly created position, McCarty is responsible for customer outreach, product costing, internal reports, bookkeeping and office management. Before joining the company, McCarty worked in the entertainment industry where she honed her customer and administrative service skills and developed an expertise in communications and publicity. 

“Having grown up in the business, Jillian has an incomparable understanding of its mechanics and we are excited to have her join us as a member of the Customatic team,” said Customatic Adjustable Bedz Partner Phil Sherman. “She brings new dimension to the company, and its internal workings. We are confident that with her knowledge and experience in communications, Jillian will be a major part in the growth and added success of our partner and customer relationships.”

Jillian’s father, Phil McCarty, is one of the founders and partner of Customatic Adjustable Bedz, Natick, Mass. She received her bachelor’s degree from Boston University where she majored in communications.
