Lloyd Flanders Re-Ups at Merchandise Mart

Casual furniture vendor Lloyd Flanders has extended its lease at Chicago's Merchandise Mart through 2022.

The company will showcase the Lloyd Flanders line in Suite 1650 and Lifestyles by Lloyd Flanders in Suite 16-116.

“We are excited to extend our lease for another eight years and show our commitment to The Merchandise Mart as it is the epicenter of the Casual Furnishings industry,” said Dudley Flanders. “Our Chicago showroom experiences great activity year round, as well as during the International Casual Furniture & Accessories Market and we look forward to our continued success.”

“As an anchor tenant, with a lease dating back to 1989, we are very pleased Lloyd Flanders has extended their DesignCenter lease through 2022,” said Byron Morton, vice president of leasing at the Merchandise Mart. “It’s a sign that The Mart and our permanent showrooms on two Design Center floors realize the value of our day-to-day designer traffic and that the outdoor category represents a vibrant and growing part of the Mart’s overall business.”

At the Mart, the Design Center on floors 6, 14, 15 and 16 offers a large presentation of custom home furnishings and interior design all under one roof. Boasting more than 45 high-end outdoor furnishings showrooms, the Design Center is a critical channel by which manufacturers launch, display and sell custom furnishings.
