Company C Launches New Web Site Design

Home furnishings and accent vendor Company C has launched of two new Web sites.

A completely new Partner website is located at b2b.companyc.com and only is accessible to the Concord, N.H.-based company's trade partners and designers, while Company C’s main web site has been upgraded to make navigating easier for the public consumer. The new design features include enhanced and enlarged images, updated functionality and intuitive user-experience. The sites also boast an enhanced store locator feature, an important part of driving awareness and traffic to retail locations that carry Company C products.

The new Partner Web site, accessible to partners and designers, allows for fast 24/7 access to product information such as stock availability, pricing, images, dimensions, and care/cleaning. It includes an enhanced imagery feature that allows for greater zoom-in capability; close-up details of the products such as color and construction can be viewed more clearly and with ease.

Company C partners also have the ability to print out tear sheets on demand and view pricing information at retail value. These are important tools that partners use frequently when working with customers and are now at their fingertips. Improved functionality means that order tracking, access to order history, and easy reordering is a click away on the new Web site.

“We knew it was time for a comprehensive Web site upgrade, so we invested in technology to make doing business with us easier, faster and more convenient for consumers and especially our trade partners and designers,” said Walter Chapin, president and co-founder. “Two key elements of the process were selecting the right partner for the redesign, and the strategic decision to invest in developing a Web site dedicated to our wholesale partners and designers."

Company C worked MarketLive a leading total commerce platform for high-growth retailers.

"They were even onsite, in our 'war room,' as the new Company C Web sites launched," Chapin said. "It was an exciting moment for our company. We are thrilled with the outcome and are already seeing results.”
