SnapRetail Adds Automated Web Site Support

SnapRetail has added automated Web-site support to its marketing automation software for independent retailers.
The expansion is designed to provide seamless creation, management and automation of e-mail, social media and Web sites.
With this feature, retailers can create or update their Web sites quickly and easily by leveraging the same e-mail editor. In addition, they can keep their Web sites current by scheduling future updates using a drag-and-drop calendar.
“Before, I had to build my e-mails, pay a Web designer and manage my social media individually,” said Karen Steffey, owner of consignment store Amelia’s Antics in Millbrae, Calif. “Today, I can schedule, track and build a consistent message, all from SnapRetail's drag-and-drop calendar.”
The Web site provided by SnapRetail will display on mobile devices; and has built-in capabilities for customer information collection and store event management. This new functionality also includes ready-made layouts, page templates and free images. Each subscriber has their own personal marketing consultant to help them through every step.
Since its launch two weeks ago, SnapRetail already is hosting close to 100 new or redesigned retail Web sites, with the number growing daily. The flexibility of the software allows retailers to maintain control over their brands and marketing efforts, and they can create consistent brands across all online marketing channels in just a few hours each month.
SnapRetail, Pittsburgh, Pa., provides marketing automation to more than 2,800 independent retailers and business merchants.
