Lexington Sets 3rd Destination Design Event
Lexington Home Brands has announced details for its third “Destination Design” event, to be held at the October 2014 High Point Furniture Market.
Offered exclusively to design professionals, the breakfast event will take place at the Lexington showroom at 1300 National Highway on Saturday, Oct. 18 at 8:30 a.m. Featured speakers will be noted designers, television and Web personalities and the founders of Interior Design Camp, Lori Dennis and Kelli Ellis.
“The talented interior designers who visited our Las Vegas showroom, many for the first time, were overwhelmingly enthusiastic about our products," said Lexington CEO Phil Haney. "As a component of our overall growth strategy we continue to build relationships with qualified design professionals, and Lori and Kelli’s following has proven to be a synergistic fit with our outreach. We look forward to them sharing their compelling, actionable content at our fall 2014 Destination Design Event during High Point Market.”
Internationally known from their appearances on HGTV, Bravo, NBC, Oxygen, TLC and Food Network, and articles in numerous publications, Lori Dennis and Kelli Ellis have spent decades educating designers and design enthusiasts. They also are authors, brand ambassadors, public speakers, sustainability experts and mentors to the design community.
“I am delighted to be hosting another event with Lexington Home Brands," Ellis said. "From their premium indoor designs to their outdoor living assortment with Tommy Bahama, Lexington exudes class and sophistication down to the last detail. I am honored to be attending High Point Market as their ambassador.”
"Lexington hosted an amazing opening cocktail party at Las Vegas Market for us and we know our guests will be spoiled in High Point," Dennis added. "We can't wait to meet with the Market’s finest designers."
The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a gourmet hot breakfast, featuring made-to-order omelets and pancakes, homemade yogurts, and fresh pastries. The presentation at 9 a.m. will be in the Design Camp’s appealing town-hall style with guests encouraged to join the dialogue during an open question and answer session. Afterwards, attendees are invited to explore the Lexington Home Brands showroom individually or with a dedicated design guide. The company’s exclusive Designer Concierge desk will offer specially trained staff to assist with product, sales and logistics questions. Seating for the event will be limited to 130 guests, and RSVP’s will be required. Please send the company name, along with the name of each guest to email@example.com.
All attendees will be entered to win a prize drawing for an upcoming Interior Design Camp in Las Vegas. The three-day Super Camp is held once a year and includes showroom tours, two full days of special guest speakers led by local and national industry experts in niche fields, and of course many giveaways and networking opportunities. Lexington Home Brands will provide the winner a travel and amenities package that includes luxury accommodations, airfare, ground transportation and more.
