Wayfair IPO Expected to Raise $319M in Trading Start

Online home furnishings retailer Wayfair (NYSE: W) starts trading on the New York Stock Exchange today at a per share price of $29.
At that price, the initial public offering of 11 million shares is expected to raise $319 million. The per-share price exceeds the $25 to $28 range Wayfair filed in its regulatory filing last month.
The company is offering 10.5 million shares with the other 500,000 shares being offered by certain selling stockholders.
In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to buy an additional 1.65 million shares of class A stock from the selling stockholders.
Wayfair's stable of brands include: Wayfair, Joss & Main, AllModern, DwellStudio and Birch Lane.
