EQ3 E-commerce Expands Reach with U.S. Shipping

Contemporary Canadian retailer EQ3 has boosted its e-commerce capabilities to include shipping into the U.S. and enhanced features on its Web site.
The new online platform offers shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, in addition to all Canadian Provinces already available on EQ3.com. The Web site continues to offer both English and French language pages. Pricing remains the same for U.S. shoppers and Canadian customers.
“We strive to offer the best possible service to our customers and our expanded site will certainly deliver a quality experience for our new online U.S. shoppers,” said Peter Tielmann, President, EQ3. “Not only will customers across North America have access to our complete range of EQ3 products, but we will be curating content that directly speaks to design aficionados through our blog Inhabit.”
EQ3 has two stores in California, including a newly renovated 12,00-square-foot showroom that opened in May in San Francisco. The company said the expansion of its e-commerce platform will help meet the demand of its international customer base.
The revamped site provides online shoppers the same experience they would have in-store, including access to entire lines of custom upholstery products with more than 150 fabric and leather choices as well as access to EQ3’s in-stock upholstery program. Previously, the site only offered a limited amount of custom selections.
