Spring Time Kicks Off Money Bucket Challenge

Mattress supplier Spring Time Bedding is calling on its retail partners to take on the company’s Money Bucket Challenge to boost fourth quarter retail sales.

A play on the ALS Association’s recent Ice Bucket Challenge, the new program highlights one of the company’s Sarah Collection, and its new Moderate models. As part of the challenge, Spring Time will donate 5 percent of every Sarah Collection Moderate mattress set sold directly to the ALS Association

“The Money Bucket Challenge is a fun and philanthropic way for our customers to build business during the fourth-quarter, which is traditionally a slow time of year for most furniture and mattress retailers,” said Sarah Appleton, vice president. 

“From now through the end of December, each time our customers support us by purchasing one of our new Moderate models, we will support a great charity – the ALS Association,” Appleton said.

The company said that the Moderate line offers something for everyone and meets a variety of comfort feel preferences.  

“Sixty percent of all mattresses sold fall into the price point represented by our new Moderate models," Appleton said. "This line extension gives our customers the opportunity to floor more offerings in that sweet spot. Since the collection is part of our quick-ship program, consumers can have their purchase the next day."
