Flexsteel Increases Dividend by 20%

The dividend is payable Oct. 3 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 19. This is the fourth increase since March 2009, when the dividend was $0.05 per share.
Flexsteel, Dubuque, Iowa, has paid cash dividends on its common stock each year since 1938. This is the 291st consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
