Abbyson Introduces iPad Catalog App

The iPad-only application allows a sales team to sit down with retailers and quickly take and manage orders. Retailers then get an immediate e-mail confirming their purchase along with pictures and extensive details.

“The eCat app is in line with our commitment to being a technology leader in the retail sector,” said Yavar Rafieha, president of Abbyson Living, Los Angeles. “With the app, we are bringing retailers the unique product development skills and merchandising techniques that we’ve established with e-commerce.”

In addition to eCat, Abbyson offers sales representatives a comprehensive training manual about the company’s mission, services and products, as well as a 672-page print catalog organized by category, color and designer.
