Indiana Furniture & Mattress Opens Dedicated Bedding Store

The new location features Simmons bedding and the largest Beautyrest Mattress Gallery in northwest Indiana. The 3,000-square-foot Indiana Mattress store is adjacent to its parent store, Indiana Furniture & Mattress, at 1807 East Lincolnway in Valparaiso.
“Indiana Mattress is part of the remodeling and expansion that has been underway this summer at our flagship ‘Indiana Furniture & Mattress’ store,” said Ashley Miller, president of Indiana Furniture & Mattress and the new Indiana Mattress store. “We’re pleased to bring the largest Beautyrest Gallery in northwest Indiana to the area that will offer the latest in sleep technology, and what we feel are the best products available today in sleep, including the new Beautyrest Black and ComforPedic iQ mattresses, complete with adjustable bases.”
Miller said the new Beautyrest Black line is designed for consumers who seek a luxury sleep experience; and that the ComforPedic iQ line is the only mattress to use patented, clinically tested Smart Response Technology, a self-calibrating technology.
“Indiana Mattress has the best trained staff in the state of Indiana to help identify body language, sleep habits and the sleep systems that can deliver a better night’s sleep," said Simmons Territory Manager Laura Brown. "Instead of suggesting people turn to medicines or other fixes, the staff at Indiana Mattress can help people find the right sleep surface and support that will provide a better overall sleep. Who doesn’t want that?”
Indiana Furniture & Mattress has been serving northwest Indiana since the 1970s. Opened as a warehouse-style retailer, the store now carries a variety of name brand home furnishings and accessories displayed in colorful vignette settings. Flexsteel, La-Z-Boy, Bernhardt, Southern Motion, Canadel, Hooker and Vaughan-Bassett are among the brands displayed.
