Shepard to Lead Reverie Training and Development

In this newly created role, Shepard is responsible for creating comprehensive training programs for both its wholesale and private label sales divisions.
With more than seven years of experience in organizing, leading and training international teams in 30 countries, Shepard is tasked with utilizing adult learning methodologies in design to facilitate new training programs for Reverie. Most recently, she was training and development leader for a division of Ford Motor Co., where she oversaw leadership training and personal development programs for employees. Prior to that position, Shepard served as learning and development coordinator at Frontier Science, a not-for-profit research foundation.
“Jennifer has a great track record in training across many different platforms and programs, which makes her uniquely qualified for this new role. We are very excited about the opportunities she will have to work with our retailers to provide better training and support for RSAs working with our products,” said Bloomfield Hills, Mi.-based Reverie Vice President of Sales Raymond Totaro. “With her passion for team building, training design and delivery, project management and workshop development, we are confident in Jennifer’s ability to produce quality results.”
Shepard is a graduate of State University of New York College at Oswego where she received her bachelor’s degree in English and women’s studies in 2004. She also holds a master’s of science degree in training and performance development from Capella University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from the same school.
Shepard is a member of the National Speakers’ Association.
