Rooms To Go Teams with FlexReceipts

The move is part of Rooms To Go's strategic vision to be the industry leader in customer engagement and satisfaction.
FlexReceipt's patent-pending technology gives retailers the opportunity to offer their customers personalized digital receipts, encouraging customer interaction once the transaction is complete. The FlexReceipts platform marries a retailer's point-of-sale operation with back-end analytics giving them the ability to incorporate product recommendations, unique discount codes as well as embed video and promotions.
"Rooms To Go has offered digital receipts since 2013, but needed a more dynamic solution and switched to FlexReceipts for added functionality," said Tomas Diaz, CEO of FlexReceipts, Orlando, Fla.
