            Somerton Names Pinamonti President

          Pinamonti joined Somerton Dwelling last year as executive vice president and has lead the company’s rebranding efforts by positioning the company for appeal to retailers seeking to grow their businesses with young and younger-thinking consumers.
“Establishing a product line with design and innovation focused on today’s lifestyle environments was our first goal," Pinamonti said. "Simultaneously, a strong marketing plan to support both our customers and our sales team was developed."
Pinamonti will focus on the expansion of the North American market, taking on the day-to-day operations decision making. 
Rita Ho-Bezzola remains CEO and concentrates her efforts in Somerton Dwelling’s oversea efforts.
“Integrating technology into our business structure will allow us to play on a global retail field,” Ho-Bezzola said. “We already see the opportunities to satisfy consumers who look to Americans for style and design.”  
This year, Somerton Dwelling is adding goods for bedroom, occasional, entertainment and work spaces to the the company’s mainstay dining offerings. It also launched a new, consumer-centric website. 
Somerton Dwelling has evolved from its original operation in Taiwan in 1983, to setting up manufacturing facilities in China in 1992. 
The company opened for business in the United States in 2004, the corporate office and distribution center are located in Corona, Calif., and there is an additional warehouse facility in Stoneville, N.C.
