Abbyson Names Cheng Director of Asian Ops

Cheng joined Abbyson Living in May as director of operations and product development, reporting to vice president of sales and marketing Rodd Rafieha. 

Cheng has more than 14 years of experience in home furnishings. Before joining Abbyson Living, Cheng worked for Kuka Home Furniture and other brands in the furniture industry.

Cheng now oversees product development, quality control and manufacturing across Abbyson facilities in Asia.

“His knowledge about furniture and product manufacturing is what made him the right candidate for this role and a valuable addition to the Abbyson family,” said Rafieha.

This announcement came after a recent launch of Abbyson’s national program for retailers. In April 2014, Annabelle Go-Eisler was named national sales manager for Abbyson's retailer division. Go-Eisler recently was sales and marketing director for casegood manufacturer Sunny Designs, where she spent nine years developing business with retailers and managing outside sales representatives.
