HOM Furniture to Expand Facility

HOM Furniture plans to convert its Dock 86 location in Little Canada, Minn., into a three-tiered, 185,000-square-foot store.
HOM Furniture said Wednesday it will turn its Dock 86 property in Little Canada into a three-tiered furniture complex.
When the transformation is complete early next year, the 185,000-square-foot building will contain three elements appealing to different price points: a HOM Furniture store, a discount-focused Dock 86 furniture outlet store and the upmarket Gabbert's Design Studio and Fine Furniture store.
"This will be the first time we have combined all three of our brands in one complex," said Jerry Underwood, executive director of marketing for HOM Furniture Brands.
