Natuzzi Adds 2 to Management Team

Italian furniture maker Natuzzi (NYSE: NTZ) has named two executives to its management team. One will manage human resources and IT, and the other will be responsible for quality control.
Both report to Pasquale Natuzzi, president.
Ezio Cristetti has been named chief HR, IT and organization officer for the group. In his new position, he is responsible for developing international change management programs, process optimization and the management and development of human resources.
Prior to joining Natuzzi, Cristetti worked with Seat Pagine Gialle where he was responsible for IT and legal affairs. Through his career, Cristetti has also worked with Kimberly-Clark and Gruppo Heinekan Italia.
Claudio Ildebrando Aldrovandi has been named corporate quality and after sales director. In his position, Aldrovandi is responsible for managing product and service quality worldwide, as well as facilitating process integration within the group.
Aldrovandi has worked for a number of companies as a quality manager. Those companies include Tetra Pak and Lamborghini.
