Dorel Reelects Board of Directors

The nine directors were reelected during a ballot vote at the company's annual meeting last month.

The slate of directors are: Martin Scwartz, president and CEO; Jeffrey Schwartz, executive vice president, CFO and secretary; Jeff Segal, executive vice president of sales and marketing; Alan Schwartz, executive vice president of operations; Maurice Tousson, president and CEO of CDREM Group; Sonny Gordon, chairman and director of Dundee Corp.; Dian Cohen, economist and commentator; Alain Benedetti, retired vice chairman of Ernst & Young; and Rupert Duchesne, group chief executive and director of Aimia.
