Storis University Closes 2nd Semester

"Storis Univerity," the education program introduced by retail automation vendor Storis in January completed its second "semester" earlier this month.

Storis, Mt. Arlington, N.J., developed the program to provide Storis users with the skills to operate and excel within the Storis retail software solution. Classes offer training to become an expert in a given area. The degrees give Storis users real life experiences and increased knowledge about tools to help master Vision9, the latest Storis software release.

“Storis University has been a great experience and has been very beneficial to my team," said Storis University attendee and client Jeremy Ferrato of Wayside Furniture. "I would recommend that all retailers on the Storis platform look into taking classes and maximizing their potential to utilize the system.”

The two degrees currently offered are Purchasing & Inventory Control which consist of a variety of standard and advanced classes.

“During my training sessions I feel people’s excitement on how these classes are making their roles and as a result their businesses more efficient,” said Storis University Trainer Kalim Sheikh.

“With this essential training we are setting our clients up to succeed," said Senior Manager of Consulting Services David Singletary, and creator of Storis University. "Our vision is and has always been to enhance retailer’s performance and help maximize the potential of Storis.”
