Storis Releases Vision9.4
Vision9.4 enhancements include point of sale advanced order scheduling, replenishment capabilities, improved accounting and general system developments.
The release of Vision9.4 is approximately 4 months since the last release, Vision9.3, went live on Jan. 4 this year. Vision9.3 is an international version of the Vision9 software application developed in conjunction with Mt. Arlington, N.J.-based Storis’ client Markor Home Furnishings. This version enables Storis’ retail software solution to operate multi-byte data in different language groups, such as Mandarin Chinese, which is the case for Markor.
Vision9.4 enhancements include point of sale advanced order scheduling and replenishment capabilities that provide precise informational access to supply chain details. Developed in conjunction with several major Ashley dealers, the Vision9.4 application advancements gives retailers’ in-store personnel and their website accurate information for promising and scheduling dates where the merchandise is available with sufficient capacity to facilitate a customer requested delivery date.
Many advancements within the supply chain management software features of Vision9 were developed in order for precise, real-time available and promised delivery dates to become a reality for retailers. Retailers can now provide their employees and customers with the detailed level of information to meet their enhanced shopping experience expectations. Some of these Vision9.4 enhancements include:
