Aging inventory issues are the focus of home furnishings networking group Next Generation Now's next NGN Huddle.
"How Much is that Doggy in the Showroom--The Cost of Holding Dead Inventory" is scheduled for Wed., May 21, 11-11:30 a.m. (PDT). Tom Shay of Profits Plus Solutions will make the presentation.
That doggy may look cute when it’s a puppy, but if it’s not sold and becomes an older dog, the cute aspect is gone and the dog has eaten a lot of food. That means the price of the dog goes down and the cost of the dog goes up. Inventory is a lot like that.
Taking a look at inventory solely from a financial perspective, Shay will share tips and tricks on making sure you maximize your profit with your inventory.
Attend by visiting the Social Hub at the time of the Huddle, and start watching. If you have a question for the presenter, post it on the wall of the the Huddles page, or tweet your question to @ngnow.
