Cort Names Recruitment Manager

In the new position, McDonald oversees all recruiting efforts at Cort, including securing talent for the company, promoting job openings and driving employee career development through internal job postings.

Prior to joining Cort, McDonald was the senior recruiting manager at MicroStrategy, a technology firm in Tysons Corner, Va. During her eight years with MicroStrategy, she led recruiting efforts to attract world-class talent for the organization, providing staffing expertise and managing recruiting initiatives, practices and activities. Prior to MicroStrategy, McDonald worked as a recruiting consultant with U.S. Airways where she initiated recruiting for open positions on a national scale.
