Attendance Tracking Double for Networking Conference

The North American Home Furnishings Association reported that retailer attendance for its second annual Home Furnishings Networking Conference is on track to double that of last year's event.

The event runs June 1-3 at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa(wildhorsepassresort.com) in Phoenix, Ariz.

“With the NAHFA’s second annual Home Furnishings Networking Conference less than a month away, we have already exceeded retailer attendance records and we are on pace to double last year’s numbers,” said Rick Howard of Sklar Furnishings, Boca Raton, Fla., and NAHFA president. “This will be the most valuable educational and networking event of the year. I urge all home furnishings retailers to join us and see why many of the most successful retail furniture companies will be there.”

Two highlights of the HFNC are Gallery Furniture Founder Jim McIngvale, on the Main Stage Monday, June 1; followed by the best idea roundtable discussion. Offered as a problem solving session this year, participants will present a problem, concern, opportunity or what if scenario at group tables and listen as other retailers respond with their thoughts, experiences and ideas.

The HFNC will include more than 36 educational sessions, four key speakers, facilitated networking, and an Exhibitor Showcase.

Conference registration is $499 for retailers. The room rates at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass are $149 until May 9. Visit thehfnc.com for more details and registration.
