Heritage Home Moving to North Carolina

Heritage Home, formerly Furniture Brands International, is closing its St. Louis headquarters and moving to North Carolina, the St. Louis Business Journal reported today.

I think they are a bit late for this move. And so ends the Interco rape of the furniture industry. There is nothing left in that stable of brands that the new know nothings will be able salvage. The NC factories are all but gone. The brands are empty shells of irrelevant merchandise with no sales force and a former dealer base that was destroyed by FBI. The industry needs to be rebirthed with totally new product innovation and marketing. I am wondering what airplanes have that is transferable to furniture. Good Luck Ira.
