American Freight Opens 96th Store

The 25,490-square-foot warehouse-style store will inventory a wide range of discount furniture and mattress sets; and will provide 10 jobs for the local economy.

“For the last several years, we have had tons of people asking for us to open a store in Louisiana,” said Kelly Warren, spokesperson for American Freight. “We are so excited to be able to announce that our Baton Rouge location will be the first in the state. We cannot wait to work with the Baton Rouge residents and assist them in finding great furniture for their homes that works with their budget.”

Founded in 1993, Columbus, Ohio-based American Freight Furniture and Mattress maintains modest warehouses instead of expensive showrooms to keep costs low and pass the savings along to the customers. American Freight sells living room furniture, bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, children’s furniture, mattresses and more.
