Klaussner Launches Online Training

Klaussner Home Furnishings has launched "Klaussner University Earn & Learn," a free online sales training course for retail sales associates who sell Klaussner furniture and Enso memory foam mattresses.
The training modules consist of self-guided, individualized instruction; and can be accessed from any computer or mobile device via the Internet. This self-paced, focused format allows sales associates to learn at their own speed without interfering with valuable selling opportunities. Sales associates who complete the training program will receive industry recognition and a certificate of achievement.
Online manager tools allow busy store managers to easily track their employee progress. Managers are able to correlate sales success with training.
Built with The Furniture Training Co.'s proven interactive learning technologies, these training modules are designed to teach sales associates how to sell Klaussner upholstery (fabric and leather), motion furniture, case goods, and Enso memory foam mattresses. The FTC technologies integrate media rich learning presentations, knowledge check practices, online tests and printable worksheets as well as other learning activities into every training module, thus ensuring that salespeople actually use the training in their everyday sales activities.
