Costco March Sales Climb

Warehouse club retailer Costco (NASDAQ: COST) reported net sales of $10.43 billion during March, an 8 percent increase from $9.67 billion reported in the same five-week period last year.
The period ended April 6.
For the 31 weeks ended April 6, the retailer reported net sales of $64.65 billion, a 6 percent increase from $61.02 billion during the same period last year.
Same-store sales for the month increased 5 percent companywide and 6 percent in the U.S.
