Four Hands Partners with Rick Lovegrove

Rick Lovegrove has joined Four Hands to develop the Austin, Texas-based lifestyle home furnishings vendor's upholstery collections.
A veteran of the design industry, Lovegrove is bringing industry experience to the company’s upholstery offering, continuing to shape Four Hands’ unique voice in furniture and lifestyle design.
“I am thrilled to be able to join forces with a fashion-forward leader like Four Hands, whose collections really stand out in the industry,” Lovegrove said. “My goal is to bring that design edge and cohesive story to the upholstery collection.”
Lovegrove comes to Four Hands after 18 years at G Romano, a leading Canadian manufacturer of fashion-forward and eco-conscious upholstered furniture. At G Romano, Lovegrove oversaw the brand’s overall direction and management, from product design and development to manufacturing and sales direction.
“The experience and design sensibility Rick brings to the company will add another dimension to our upholstery and seating offerings,” said Four Hands CEO and President Matthew Briggs. “We could not be happier to have him join the Four Hands family.”
