Havertys to Pay Dividend on 2 Stock Classes

The retailer will pay a rate of 8 cents per share of the common stock and 7.5 cents per share of its Class A common stock.

The dividend is payable Monday, March 17 to shareholders of record at the close of business Monday, March 3.

In addition, Havertys will release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2013 financial results Monday after the market closes. The company will host a conference call with investors and analysts Tuesday at 10 a.m. Eastern to discuss the results.
