ASFD Announces Scholarship

The scholarship, which will reward academic excellence to furniture design majors is open to full-time college sophomores and juniors enrolled in an accredited college design program.

"ASFD is pleased to be able to offer this scholarship to students who have chosen furniture design as their career path," said Richard Schroeder, ASFD president. "Our association appreciates the generous donations that have made this scholarship a reality."

The 2014 scholarship winner will be announced April 7 at the String and Splinter Club during the association's annual spring dinner.
