Natuzzi Shuffles Responsibilities

The chief financial officer for Natuzzi (NYSE: NTZ) will be coordinating the company's reorganization of its upholstery operations in Puglia and Basilicata, Italy.
Vittorio Notarpietro, who has been the CFO with the company since 2009, will oversee the company's initiatives in order to manage "redundant workers for the group's Italian Operations."
Following the departure of Rossana Berardinelli from the position of chief finance, legal and IT officer for Natuzzi, Notarpietro will continue to oversee the company's financial operations. The company's legal operations will be overseen by Pasquale de Ruvo, general counsel, and Angelo Colacicco, chief of information technology, will oversee the company's IT segment.
