Havertys Leases 45K Square Feet in Fayetteville, N.C.

Havertys Furniture has leased 45,000 square feet of retail space in Fayetteville, N.C.
Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc., for 45,000 square feet of retail space in Glensford Commons, located at 191 Glensford Drive in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Diana Teitsma, principal in the Charlotte office of Divaris, represented Havertys Furniture in the lease negotiations.
Havertys, established in 1885, is a full-service home furnishings retailer with 119 showrooms in 16 states in the Southern and Midwestern regions providing its customers with a wide selection of quality merchandise in middle to upper-middle price ranges.
