Bragg Joins Latex International as VP

Her responsibilities include helping employees identify opportunities for streamlining internal business practices with a focus on eliminating workplace waste. Bragg reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Fisher.

A business leader skilled in lean leadership and continuous improvement practices, Bragg brings with her more than a decade’s experience in helping companies gain greater operational efficiency. She has experience improving critical business practices and managing processes of creating, implementing and ensuring company-wide strategic plans, including the establishment of appropriate metrics to track performance. Prior to joining Latex International, Shelton, Conn., Bragg was responsible for implementing a lean manufacturing program at W.W. Grainger, and before that as director of operations at Alliance Energy Solutions.
