DOC Rescinds 3 Chinese Companies from Innerspring Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce has rescinded an administrative review of three Chinese innerspring manufacturers.

DOC had started a review in February of five Chinese manufacturers of uncovered innersprings covering shipments from Feb. 1, 2012 through Jan. 13, 2013.

On March 28, Leggett & Platt, the domestic petitioner in the innerspring case, withdrew its request that DOC review Tai Wa Hong and Goldon Singapore; and on April 3, withdrew its review request with respect to Macau Commercial.

No other party requested an administrative review of Tai Wa Hong, Macau Commercial or Goldon Singapore. After DOC's decision to rescind its review of those companies, Goldon Malaysia and Ta Cheng are the only entities for which a review request remains outstanding.
