Elite Home Theater Seating has opened a year-round showroom inside the Las Vegas Design Center at World Market Center Las Vegas.
The Canadian-based designer of custom home theater seating has leased a 460-square-foot showroom in Las Vegas Design Center's Building A.
"Elite Home Theater Seating is a leader in the home theater seating industry and we're thrilled they've decided to open their first corporate showroom at Las Vegas Design Center," said Randy Wells, vice president of LVDC. "This showroom will allow Elite to deliver custom home theater seating to consumers and designers looking for special pieces to create a one-of-a-kind home entertainment space."

Maximo Furniture opened its doors on San Antonio's southside, locating itself at Southpark Mall next to Ana's Linens. J.C. Penney Co. is looking to take a bite of Apple's magic. The department store chain has named Ron Johnson, who pioneered Apple Inc.'s retail stores, its next chief executive. He will succeed Myron Ullman III in November. Johnson was credited with developing Apple's popular Genius Bar, where customers can get hands-on technical support.
