Julia Molloy, president and founder of Molloy Management Group, will present a seminar geared for interior design professionals and showroom personnel specializing in high-end furniture and home accessories at ADAC Atlanta next month.
Molloy will share seven secrets for expanding business operations and refining luxury brands. The seminar is set for 10 a.m. on Nov. 13 in the ADAC seminar room.
In her “Seven Secrets of Top Luxury Designers” presentation, Molloy will provide attendees with seven steps for completing an accurate company evaluation and transformation in areas such as branding and marketing techniques, employee operations, company infrastructure, project management, and public relations efforts. This all-encompassing event will leave designers and furniture showroom staffs with tangible answers, clarity, discernment, and a guide to defining their own luxury brands.
“Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with the nation’s top design firms, and I have found there are numerous best practices that can be implemented to help design professionals grow and evolve their businesses,” Molloy said. “The presentation at ADAC has been designed for interior designers as well as furniture showroom managers and staff members seeking a clear and realistic roadmap for elevating their businesses to a higher echelon.”
Molloy is a leading operations specialist for the interior design industry and is a sought-after speaker; continuing education instructor to the faculty at New York School of Interior Design; long-time member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID); the owner and event manager of the annual Business of Design Conference; and she sits on the board of advisors for the Better Practices Network.
The event is free, but preregistration—available online—is required.
