Company C Celebrates 20 Years of Color
In its Market showroom, IHFC-D431, the Concord, N.H.-based designer and manufacturer of colorful home furnishings will commemorate its 20th anniversary with a retrospective spanning two decades of original design inspiration and innovation.
The main event will be a full presentation of the Spring 2014 collection in the company’s newly renovated and expanded showroom. Co-Founders Christine and Walter Chapin will host a party Sunday night, Oct. 20, celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary, with other exclusive events throughout market.
“The past 20 years have been a great journey, one that started with passion and a colorful dream,” said Christine Chapin, “and the journey becomes more exciting as we develop our full Lifestyle concept even further.”
Highlights of the season’s new colors and design innovation include the Phoebe rug, inspired by over-scaled, color-saturated flowers, featuring thick-textured yarns to accentuate the design, and the original, bold vase design found in the fashionable Sumiko collection.
Company C will host a number of exclusive events throughout the show--a gala celebrating its 20th anniversary, an exclusive marketing session just for partners, and an invitation-only event for interior designers--to engage and invite conversation with company colleagues and associates. In addition, the company will continue to roll out its successful new Lifestyle Partner program which is designed to create compelling visual impact and show the breadth and versatility of the product offering in select Partner store locations. More than 100 retailers are now part of the program and are experiencing some of the highest levels of sales growth in the company.
The Lifestyle Partner program features customized in-store vignettes showcasing a fresh, energizing and inviting vision of how Company C rugs, furniture, fabrics, bedding, pillows and throws can add colorful flavor to rooms throughout the home. Additional program benefits include selling tools like prominent new signage, fixturing support and recommended visual guidelines to enhance customer interaction with product displays, as well as year-round marketing support in print ads, web listings, catalog mailings, in-store videos and product giveaways.
