Full-line importer Zocalo, San Francisco, has completed two new Zocalo Living galleries with retail partners SK Furniture in Murietta, Calif.; and Swank in Jonesboro, Ark.
SK Furniture Owner Kim Do designated 4,000 square feet to her stores gallery with the intention of creating room setting displays in a modern lifestyle format.
Not only can they see the good quality of products, but they can see the good quality of a showroom Zocalo can create, Do said. The more Zocalo you show, the more you sell. With the gallery, we can show it beautifully and get great results.
SK Furnitures gallery features the Hampton Library, Sterling Park, Madison, Revelle, Metropolitan Leather and Elevation collections. The southern California store also dedicated floor space to teen brand Z Generation, including the Fuze Box, Ariel, Milano and Montana collections.
Swank built a 2,200-square-foot gallery featuring groups from the Milano, Revelle, Ariel and Madison collections.
I think the ability to show the lines from a visual standpoint fits well, Owner Wade Quinn III said. Its certainly more contemporary. Its a good balance.
