Groovystuff to Show at Casual Furniture Market

Following a two-year hiatus from the International Casual Furniture Market, Groovystuff will return to the Chicago-based show later this month.
The company, known for its products crafted of reclaimed materials, will feature a collection of patio furniture and home décor made from reclaimed barrels. The offering features product made from salvaged steel drums. The company will highlight three collections at the market-Collage is the New Color collection, Made in America: Patriot Barrel collection and the Moonshine collection.
The market runs Sept. 17-20.
In addition to its new products, the company will showcase undergraduate Mike Herbert , the latest design talent graduating from Columbia College in Chicago. Herbert is the company's student designer for the Casual Market.
The company will also host a presentation by industrial design professor Mark Klein on the academic approach and preparation of design graduates interested in the furniture industry. The presentation will take place Sept. 19 in the Groovystuff showroom.
