Chaddock Furniture Workroom, manufacturers of customized furniture, upholstery, cabinets, hardware, and lighting, has announced that Andrew Crone, the company’s president has been named CEO. Industry veteran Kevin Ward has been hired as president and COO.
“Kevin brings a wealth of experience in operational and financial management, specifically in the furniture and interior design categories,” said Crone. “As demand for our custom furnishings increases, Kevin’s proven financial and operational skills will be invaluable to our team. The board and I envision pairing those strengths with my own efforts to continue creating best-in-class designs and exceptional sales and distribution relationships with our partners. It’s a multi-faceted approach that we’re confident will equip Chaddock for our next chapter of growth and success.”
Ward brings more than 20 years of experience to his position, most recently serving as COO for Baker Interiors Group where he was responsible for the company’s global operations, including Baker Furniture, Milling Road Furniture and McGuire Furniture. Additionally, Ward served as vice president of manufacturing at Hickory Chair during the start of EDGE (Employees Dedicated to Growth and Excellence), a continuous improvement program designed to empower employees to implement processes that ensure maximum value, efficiency and quality.
“Chaddock has long been a respected brand in the home furnishings industry. More recently they have expanded their efforts and reputation as a premier furniture provider, designing and manufacturing some of the most beautiful custom furnishings on the market,” said Ward. “Additionally, the Chaddock team has a passion for providing best in class products and customer experience. I look forward to partnering with Andrew and the entire Chaddock team to broaden that vision.”
