Surya to Host 2 Seminars, Other Events at High Point Market

Rug and home decor supplier Surya will host a pair of seminars and several other related events during next month's High Point Market.
The seminars will be headlined by designer Candice Olson and educator and author Keith Granet.
Olson's presentation begins at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, the opening day of market. During her presentation and Q&A session, Olson will share how she uses Surya accessories to embody her signature style. Attendees will also be the first to preview a new Surya lighting collection designed by Olson.
Granet's seminar begins at 3 p.m. Monday, April 24 and is sponsored by the High Point Market Authority and the American Society of Interior Designers. He will provide insight into everything a creative leader needs to develop ideas, find the resources to bring them to life and market the work by building the right team. Organizers said 0.1 CEU credit is available for this event.
In addition, Surya will host its semi-annual market party on Sunday, April 23 from 6-11 p.m., and will feature the Elle Decor immersive virtual reality experience in its showroom throughout market. The experience allows visitors to see, touch and feel the luxurious Parisian lifestyle, featuring Surya rugs and pillows designed for Elle Decor.
