Glideaway Enhances Popular Freestyle Comfort Base

Glideaway’s popular Freestyle Comfort Base, the innovative adjustable base that works with an existing frame or platform bed has been reengineered and was recently showcased at the recent Las Vegas Summer Market.
Freestyle, part of the Comfort Base® Lifestyle collection, features a simplified, single split-deck design created to go directly on top of an existing foundation or platform bed. The lightweight and split design of the base also provides a Comfort Base that gives retailers a better e-commerce option than previous adjustable base models with its compact and lighter packaging. It includes the most popular remote functions, including head/foot up and down and pre-set positions. Freestyle retails between $799-$999 in queen.
“We see Freestyle as a great option for online sales, which continue to gain momentum throughout the marketplace,” said Dan Baker, Glideaway executive vice president of sales, North America. “We see this as the 2.0 version of a blockbuster product for us, responsive to feedback from our retail partners.”
