ZUO, Among Firsts to Sign Lease for New Interior Home + Design Center at Dallas Market Center

Dallas Market Center, a destination for Fashion, Lighting, Gift and Home Décor buyers, has just launched the Interior Home + Design Center; located on the first floor of the Trade Plaza.
Wholesale manufacturer, Zuo is one of the first companies to come on board with a new showroom design and layout.
The new 220,000 square feet expansion project will serve as an open-daily marketplace for Interior Designers and Retailers, in both Residential & Commercial Markets. This feature of being open daily will create additional design resources for not only local industry professionals but to Mid-America and South America buyers. Being that space is limited in this new Design Center; a select number of companies have the opportunity to design their own custom showroom as part of DMC’s largest expansion and renovation in 40 years!
Construction will begin in July in multiple stages; as current tenants relocate to their new locations. Construction and design will be ongoing from now until the official launch prior to the January 2017 Total Home & Gift Market.
Zuo is in the process of designing their new space, which will open later this year.
