Las Vegas Market Plans Networking, Social Events

Las Vegas Furniture Market has set a full slate of networking and daily hospitality events for the July 29-August 2 show.

The campus offer energizing entertainment in the Grand Plaza as well as receptions hosted throughout the Market floors. And new for Summer Market, attendees will be treated like VIPs in several leading Las Vegas nightclubs for official after-parties.
Las Vegas Market attendees will be greeted daily with complimentary breakfasts, nightly courtyard receptions, happy hours, cocktail receptions and a fundraising event for Gift for Life.
Benefiting Gift for Life, the sole charitable organization for the gift, stationery and home décor industries, party-goers can enjoy cocktails, appetizers, live music and a silent auction beginning at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30 on Building B's 16th Floor. This year's silent auction will feature a new "Chinese auction" format, in which guests can place raffle tickets in the jars of the desired auction items. Tickets to the event cost $25 each, with the fifth ticket free after a purchase of four tickets. Tickets can be purchased here; and on-site during Las Vegas Market in the lobbies of Building A and Building C.
Las Vegas Market will host official after-parties in three of Las Vegas's top nightclubs: Pure, located at Caesars Palace on Tuesday, July 30 at 10:30 p.m.; Chateau located at Paris Las Vegas on July 31 at 10:30 p.m.; and the newly-opened hot spot Hakkasan at the MGM Grand on August 1 at 10 p.m. VIP entry is complimentary for market-goers donning their market badge.
Market attendees also have an eclectic mix of networking events hosted by tenants and exhibitors, including Imagine That!, American Elegance by Omnia Leather, Phillips Collection, Burton+BURTON, Michael Aram, Hstudio, s.a.l.t. sisters, VIETRI and dozens more.

"Las Vegas is known for its world-class hospitality, and IMC offers no exception when it comes to extending our buyers and exhibitors a compelling Market experience, complete with week-long entertaining attractions and networking opportunities," said Robert Maricich , chief executive officer of International Market Centers, owner of World Market Center Las Vegas.
