Habersham Home Goes Modern

Toccoa, Ga.-based Habersham Home, a furniture and cabinetry manufacturer, has launched its newest furniture collection, Moderne.

Pieces in the new Moderne collection offer a modern interpretation of classic style defined by clean lines, sleek finishes, mixed media and architectural influences. It joins the company’s classically styled custom furniture, kitchen and bath cabinetry designs.

“While we will always maintain strong focus on the classic styles, richly detailed finishes and luxurious looks that are at the core of the Habersham Home brand, we know the only constant is change,” said Matt Eddy, CEO of Habersham Home. “As some baby boomers look to downsize their living spaces and more millennials enter the higher-end housing market, we continue to evolve and expand our offerings to include designs responding to the modern looks and timeless styles many consumers are looking for today.”

Habersham Home launched a new product development initiative in Fall 2015 with the launch of its new premium custom kitchen and bath cabinetry line, StyleAvant. It is designed for today’s younger, upscale homeowners seeking transitional kitchen and bath cabinetry with clean finish and design options. The Moderne collection represents the next step in Habersham Home’s new product development initiative.

“Our Habersham Moderne designs can bring fresh, timeless looks to today’s home,” said Michael Hommas, vice president of sales and marketing for Habersham Home. “These really are new classics that are subtle, lovely and incredibly livable.”

The initial Moderne rollout feature 20-plus pieces, including curios, breakfronts, entertainment centers, coffee, console and dining tables, chests and sideboards.
