Emma Gardner to Host Trend Discussion

Designer Emma Gardner will host a showroom discussion during High Point Market in the Surya showroom.

Set for Saturday, April 16 at 2 p.m., Gardner will take part in a Q&A session in which she will share her design philosophy and the inspiration behind her aesthetic. Gardner  also discuss the creation of her rug, pillow and throw collections for Surya. Audience members will be invited to ask their own questions, and an informal meet and greet with Gardner will follow.

An award-winning designer recognized for her inspired color pairings and energetic motifs, Gardner has been creating products for the home since 2002. Building on the success of emma gardner designs, her made-to-order rug label, she launched emma at home in 2010 to offer a range of home goods.

“Emma Gardner’s vibrant and artful designs transcend style, and she puts a signature spin on her creations that make them fresh and highly relevant,” said Satya Tiwari, president, Surya. “We’re excited that Emma is joining us during market to share her unique approach to design.”

Other Surya showroom events scheduled during market include:

Market goers will enjoy complimentary cocktails, savory bites and sweet treats as they mingle, explore Surya’s latest introductions and dance the night away to tunes spun by a DJ.
